Refund policy

All our products are made to order for wholesale buyers. Because each order is produced to your specifications, we do not accept returns or exchanges on bulk production orders. Before mass production, we strongly recommend ordering samples to confirm quality, sizing and materials. If you receive goods with manufacturing defects, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will verify and offer replacement or compensation. Orders may be cancelled free of charge before production begins. Once production has started, costs already incurred will apply. Questions?
